Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via WhatsApp, phone calls, or messages
- Provide basic information about our software products
- Assist new users with onboarding and general guidance
- Coordinate customer requests with the internal team
- Maintain professional and friendly communication
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in Bangla
- Responsible and punctual
- Willingness to learn
- Basic smartphone or computer knowledge
- Interest in technology will be considered an advantage
